More often, you can find apartments for rent that require nothing but a deposit, first and last months rent, and maybe a brief meeting between you and the landlord. And that is a great thing too, because without that, things would be much tougher for renters. Just like they used to be, that is. I am glad to see that it is so much easier to find apartments for rent.
